Celebrating World Mental Health Day 2022, the FriendsSquare Way

Are you bored of those Mental Health workshops and retreats being done at your workplace?

Well, World Mental Health Day 2022 was when we at FriendsSquare decided to change the game. We didn't just mark the day; we decided to make it count by joining hands with industry giants like Carlsberg and Bharat Pe. Our goal? To shake up workplace culture and make mental health a top priority.

How often have you overlooked the small changes that could make a big difference in your daily life?

Okay, we all know how daunting work can be sometimes, right?

At Carlsberg, we held our "5 Ways to Well-Being" workshop, and guess what? It wasn't rocket science! It was all about those tiny tweaks that could skyrocket your work-life balance and job satisfaction.

Do you often find yourself battling the ups and downs of your hectic job, wondering how to stay resilient?

Over at BharatPe, we were met with enthusiasm and energy as we delved into our "Mental Health Sustainable Strategies" discussion. In today's fast-paced world, resilience is like a superpower, right? So, we explored strategies to equip employees with the tools they need to thrive in a dynamic workplace.

Have you ever thought about the collective power of people coming together for a common purpose?

Now, this was a real highlight. We hosted a massive free webinar titled "Mental Health: The Silent KPI at work." The response? Over 300 participants from all walks of life. The perspectives shared were as diverse as they were inspiring, all aimed at making Mental Health & Well-Being a global priority.

FriendsSquare has always been about the power of collective efforts in transforming workplaces and breaking the stigma around mental health. We firmly believe that a happier, healthier workforce isn't just wishful thinking; it's a necessity for a brighter, more productive future.

So, as we wrap up, the question we pose to every organization is this: Are you doing enough to prioritize mental health in your workplace?
