Our Journey: The FriendsSquare Story
FriendsSquare emerged with a vision to transform workplaces by integrating Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as a core driver of organizational success.
Our mission has always been to provide tailored human development solutions that enhance emotional well-being, leadership, and workplace culture, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive
In 2021, we took our first major step by launching the Beyond IQ campaign, driving conversations on EQ in workplaces through webinars, panel discussions, and social media advocacy.
Engaging 700+ participants, 100+ HR professionals, and delivering 25+ workshops, we laid the foundation for meaningful change.
By 2022, we expanded our reach with initiatives tackling mental well-being and financial literacy. Let’s Invest helped organizations and individuals navigate financial wellness, while Prayas empowered students and teachers with insights on body positivity, diversity, mental health, and self-leadership. With 50+ workshops and 650+ employees engaged, our impact extended beyond corporate spaces into education and communities.
In 2023, we strengthened our presence through strategic partnerships and large-scale interventions. We introduced MindFit on World Mental Health Day in collaboration with Youth For Mental Health & WFMH, amplifying workplace well-being conversations.
We launched EmpowerX to equip university students with essential soft skills and resilience, ensuring a confident transition into the workforce. We also hosted HR Nexus 1.0 (Jaipur) and HR Nexus 2.0 (Noida), uniting HR professionals to explore leadership, well-being, and innovation. With 250+ workshops and 14 days of mental health activities, our influence grew across industries.
2024 has been a year of innovation and industry expansion. We successfully hosted HR Nexus 3.0 and 4.0 in Gurugram, reinforcing our commitment to shaping the future of mental health, leadership, and workplace innovation.
These initiatives have further solidified FriendsSquare’s reputation as a trusted partner in organizational growth and employee well-being.
With 45,000+ LinkedIn community members, 100+ corporate partners, and 750+ training sessions led by 120+ expert trainers, FriendsSquare continues to drive workplace well-being and leadership growth.

When we founded FriendsSquare, our vision was clear—to redefine what thriving truly means at work. As an organisational psychologist, I’ve seen firsthand how even the most talented teams can hit roadblocks—not because they lack potential, but because the systems around them haven’t been built to support real, human growth.
For me, this work has always been personal. It’s about creating environments where people don’t just survive the workweek but feel energised, engaged, and empowered. With over six years of experience designing evidence-based programs rooted in emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and employee engagement, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with companies like Carlsberg, Workday, BharatPe, and more—each journey reaffirming a simple truth: people are the heart of every organisation.
