FriendsSquare provides Learning & Development (L&D) solutions, organizational capability building, custom training workshops, and psychometric assessments designed to drive human performance and leadership in the workplace. All engagements are custom tailored to our client partners.

All materials, designs, slide decks, training structures, proprietary frameworks, and assessment architectures developed or presented by FriendsSquare remain the exclusive intellectual property of FriendsSquare. No content may be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
4. User Account & Conduct
When you submit enquiries, complete forms, or participate in assessments on FriendsSquare, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, harvesting user data, or attempting to compromise platform security.
5. Limitation of Liability
FriendsSquare provides its website and digital resources on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FriendsSquare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from unauthorized access to your data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
