We are proud to launch a campaign, representing India on the occasion of World Mental Health Day, in collaboration with the spirited Youth For Mental Health, whose official partners are World Federation for Mental Health and World Health Organization, having the theme - "Mental Health is a Universal Human Right."

- 10th October, Tuesday: Reflection Day

- 11th October, Wednesday: Workshop on - Self-Worth, Success, and You: Mastering Mindsets + Activity on “Power of Yet"

- 12th October, Thursday: Workshop on - Positive Psychology in Action: Cultivating a HERO + Activity “HERO appreciation wall.”

- 13th October, Friday: Reflection Day

- 16th October, Monday: Workshop on - Unlock Your Why: Discover Purpose in Your Job + Word Association Activity

- 17th October, Tuesday: Reflection Day

- 18th October, Wednesday: Workshop on - Safe to Thrive: Psychological Safety and Trauma-Aware Support Systems + Activities - “Circle of trust” and “I wish I knew”
