Who we are

Founded by Alumni of University of Nottingham and Kings College, London. FriendsSquare is an Industrial-Organisational Psychology firm working to enhance culture, structure and human behaviour in workplaces across the country.

What we do

We curate and implement strategies to strike a balance between individual needs and organisational goals. Our custom solutions focus on client’s need analysis and implementing efficient people’s culture.

How we do it

We apply business psychology principles to the workplace while designing customised people science solutions. We tackle various workplace obstacles on a primary level by taking a proactive approach.

Soumya Gupta

CEO & Founder

Soumya is an organisational psychologist. She has completed her masters in Organisational Psychology from University of Nottingham, UK. Soumya aims to create a holistic environment for today’s workplaces by creating policies and friendly cultures for open communication. Soumya holds that FSQ’s vision is grounded in primary intervention and finding root causes to tackle the problem head on.

Prachi Malpani

Organisational Psychologist

Prachi is a behavioural science researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the retail industry. She holds a BSc in Biotechnology and Psychology from Manipal University Jaipur with a distinction and MSc with merit in Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology from King’s College London. Through this, Prachi has acquired an extensive practical knowledge of Psychological Workplace Interventions, Strategy Management and Organisational Research. She has varied experience in well-being research, talent acquisition, language development, diversity and inclusion.
