Building One Standard of Awareness Across 250 People in Aerospace & Defence

Sector: Aerospace & Defence
Audience: 250 people, across multiple batches
Format: Batch based delivery
Focus: Unconscious bias · gender · privilege beyond norms

The challenge

The organisation wanted to embed inclusion deeply across a workforce of 250 people, building a common understanding of unconscious bias, gender awareness and privilege that would hold consistently across the organisation.

Our approach

To reach 250 people meaningfully, we ran the programme across multiple batches, keeping each cohort small enough for genuine engagement while delivering a single, consistent curriculum to the whole group. The content centred on:

  • Unconscious bias, understanding its types and how to work around them in practice
  • Gender awareness and respectful behaviour
  • Understanding the concept of privilege beyond standardised norms

Inside the Program

The Batch based design let us maintain the interactive, reflective quality of our sessions at scale , every participant got the same depth of discussion and the same space to examine their own assumptions, rather than a diluted, one size fits all broadcast.

Delivering at Scale

250 people, multiple batches, one consistent standard of awareness , inclusion built deliberately across the workforce.

Impact & Outcomes

Across all batches, the programme established a shared, organisation wide understanding of bias, gender and privilege , giving the organisation a consistent foundation of awareness to build a more inclusive culture on.

"Building a shared standard of leadership capability is essential for compliance and growth. The program delivered high impact capability building."
